So this mean that they don't care and they don't support windows 11 and 12th gen CPUs and there is no possible fix for this ATM.

Please install the game on an operating system which is mentioned in the minimum requirements of the game. The game has not been tested on Windows 11 nor was tested on it. We can only assume that the issue is occurring since the game is installed on an operating system which is not supported.
Unfortunately we cannot replicate the issue, since the game is working here. Press play and game "starts" and crashes completely.
